### Share/Edit/Delete Maps

To share a saved map with another AbaData user, or edit, or delete a saved map:

1. Go to the **User Menu** and select **Manage Maps**

2. The **Saved Maps** window will be displayed. Click **Edit**.

3. Click the ![](https://support.oplynx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-07-2025-04-01-45-8466-PM.png?width=20&height=20&name=image-png-Apr-07-2025-04-01-45-8466-PM.png) **Edit** icon to rename a map or make it your default map.
4. Click the ![](https://support.oplynx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-07-2025-04-02-23-5084-PM.png?width=20&height=16&name=image-png-Apr-07-2025-04-02-23-5084-PM.png) **Delete** icon to delete a map.

  To share the saved map with another AbaData user:

- Click the ![](https://support.oplynx.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-07-2025-04-02-59-2877-PM.png?width=21&height=18&name=image-png-Apr-07-2025-04-02-59-2877-PM.png) **Share With** icon to the left of the map you want to share.
- The **Shared With** window will be displayed, listing all AbaData users the map is currently shared with.

This window will be empty the first time you share the selected map.

- Click **Add Shares** and search for Contacts by **Company**, **First Name**, or **Last Name**. Select the user(s) from the list and click **Select** to share the saved map with them.

### Export Map

To export or print the current map:

1. Go to **Options** and select **Export Map Image** button at the top of the map display.

2. The **Export Map** menu will be displayed.

3. Enter a name for the map in the **Map Title** Field.
4. Select the **Format** from the drop-down menu.
5. Select any of the other options as required.
6. Click **Export Map**.
7. Once generated, the map will be listed in **Export Jobs** below the **Export Map** menu. Click **Open** to view, save or print the map.
